Therefore, when acting as an end-user, you must not do any of the following:
- Attempt to upload personally identifiable information (e.g., date of birth, Social Security number, full name, or applicant employment identification (ID)) or any government information that has not been legally authorized under applicable federal or state laws.
- Attempt to install any software onto this system not authorized under the Terms of Use.
- Share information with someone who does not have authority to access that information.
- Use any ComplianceTech resource for unapproved purposes for which it was intended, and you will not attempt to access any websites that your organization does not allow.
- Circumvent the security policies set up on your device. If you determine there might be a misconfiguration, you will inform your manager or IT Security immediately.
- Fail to safeguard all data stored, processed, and transmitted.
- Fail to report all security incidents or suspected incidents (e.g., lost passwords, improper or suspicious acts) related to ComplianceTech components and networks to support@compliancetech.com and your IT department.
